Ericast 47 - "Re-Remembering Ramona Bell"

(UPDATE: Of course, I forgot my cardinal rule of "never link to anything for fear of messing up your feed". So, I've broken the mp3 link below in the hope that it doesn't get picked up in place of the actual podcast...)

Related Links: http://www.aafa.org/display.cfm?id=10&sub=26&cont=385 and http://metisse.music.free.fr/Music/MusicSamples/boomboombaSample.mp3 (and http://www.profcast.com/public/index.php). Listen to the show to find out what they relate to!

Special feature: An... "unusual" call to the show. Remember to call the Listener Feedback line at 206-339-ERIC (that's 206-339-3742) so we can hear from you!

Ericast 46 - "Going with GoDaddy"

Late late late as usual, but lots going on the past week to make up for it. (That's my excuse, at least.) Commentary this week on both GoDaddy and AdSense, plus a great tip for those in need of photos (hint: go to www.istockphoto.com).

By the way, are these episodes sounding any better? I'm normalizing them to a lower level, but I can't tell on my MP3 player if that's what's helping, or if it's just a combination of other random factors. Thoughts?

As always, please please please call call call the Ericast Listener Feedback line at 206-339-ERIC (206-339-3742) and give us something to talk about! And, at the very least, call in and say hello so the phone number doesn't expire on me. It would be horrible to lose that "-ERIC" suffix that everyone knows by heart!

Ericast 45 - "Remembering Ramona Bell"

A sadder (yet important) episode of the Ericast this week, as I talk about the loss of Art Bell's wife, Ramona. But also, some talk about the future (10 years out) and some music from Ella, so it's not really a total downer.

Been changing some hosting-related things on this end, so if your e-mail doesn't go through (or even if it does!), remember to call the Listener Feedback line at 206-339-ERIC (that's 206-339-3742) so we can hear from you!

Ericast 44 - "Change Over Time"

No, it's not time for a changeover, and it's not a call to change overtime policies... it's a discussion about how things (like technology) have changed over the past couple decades.

Remember to call in with your comments or remembrances -- 206-339-ERIC (that's 206-339-3742) or e-mail eric at ericast.com!

(BTW, this is normalized to -1.5 dB in my continuing attempt to make it sound better on finicky MP3 players; let me know how it sounds!)
