Episode 11 - "How It's Done"

What's the opposite of "late"? That's right! Early! It's a podcast that's actually ahead of schedule! That's due to three fascinating factors: I had something to talk about, I recorded most of this podcast in the car on the way to and from work, and my wife told me that I should get it done early because it's going to be a busy week.

My apologies in advance to the struggles you're going to encounter while listening to the "Ericast On The Road" segments; the content is okay, but the audio is "fairly mediocre", as my wife would not say. (Long story there, for another podcast.)

The Architecture of Participation from ITConversations.com is the podcast I talk about when discussing the notion of participants/users/listeners doing your work for you (just like the kids who pulled down Britney Spears MP3 off Napster really built the Napster network).

You'll hear me mention a site related to gaze tracking and video editing -- there's the link for you.

Let me know what you think of the music-free, road-noise-enhanced podcast format.
